In some cases, when changing the status of the lead to "Rejected," users get the error message product group, product, quantity, revenue type are required for product details (20300,11). This is because if there is information in the Products section of the Lead record, the system requires that the information be complete before the record is saved.

If you want to reject a lead and you get this error message, you can do one of two things to save the record normally:

• Press the minus button in the Product section, which deletes the entire row.
  
  
• Complete the information in the Product section.
