The e-mail program in Internet Explorer should be set to Lotus Notes as that is the supported e-mail application at PeopleSoft.

To set the e-mail program in Internet Explorer:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
   
   
2. Select T ools from the menu bar and select Internet Options... from the drop down menu.
   
   
3. Click the Programs tab.
   
   
4. Click the down arrow in the E-mail: field and single click on Lotus Notes.
   If you don't see the selection for Lotus Notes in the list see Eureka! document 19020 — No selection for Lotus Notes as default mail client in Internet Explorer.
   
   
5. Press the A pply button.

The e-mail program in Internet Explorer has now been set to Lotus Notes.
