How to change your name in Customer Connection and Vantive
You can request a name change for your Customer Connection and Vantive login if your name was originally misspelled or if you have changed your name.
Before you request a name change, you need to ensure that your name change has already been processed by HR. For instructions on finding out if the name change has become effective click here. If you have not yet requested a name change through HR see Eureka! document 17048 — How to View or Update your Personal Information.
Once the name change made through HR has become effective submit a NorthStar ticket requesting the change for your Customer Connection and Vantive login. For additional information on submitting a NorthStar ticket, see Eureka! document 70001 — How to create a service ticket in NorthStar.
