WDS Vertex Fix
If you are in your WDS environment and you are having problems running the Payroll, it may be that Vertex is not running on the environment. To get Vertex running on the environment:
Go to the Fast Path to G731 and Choose DataBase Connections.
Then change the Data Source to C:\vertex\db.
This should fix the payroll component on your environment. If it does not fix your payroll problem, submit a NorthStar ticket or contact Technical Support Operations.
