Deal Review Documents can be viewed and printed as one continuous document using the "Printable Version" hyperlink in the header of the document from any deal document tab. The Print View can only be used following input of all approval selections for the region, otherwise the user will receive an error message.

1. Access the document in print view to print it by selecting the "Printable Version" hyperlink in the header of the deal document that you wish to print.

2. The Printable Version hyper link opens a pop-up box that displays all deal approval document details in a continuous form that can be sent to your default printer by selecting the "Print" hyperlink at the top of the Printable Version.

3. In order to return to the normal view of the Deal Approval Database and to close the Printable View, simply choose the "Return" Hyperlink at the top left of page on the Printable Version form.
