You can disconnect from a docbase using Windows Explorer, Desktop Client or from an integrated Microsoft Office application (also referred to as Integrations). For instructions on logging off using Integrations, click here.

To disconnect from a Documentum docbase using Windows Explorer or Desktop Client:

1. From your Desktop Client or Windows Explorer window, select the Tools menu.

2. Click Log Off.

3. Select the docbase you would like to disconnect from and click Log Off.

4. To exit Desktop Client or Windows Explorer, click the File menu and select Close.

Logging off using Integrations

1. From an integrated Microsoft Office application, such as Word, select the File menu.

2. Click Exit.
