To download a Knowledge Center course to take offline:

1. Log in to Knowledge Center. See Eureka! document 18201 — How to log in to Knowledge Center for more information.

2. Register for the desired course. For more information, see Eureka! document 18203 — How to locate and register for a course in Knowledge Center.

3. Click View registered courses or Registered (in the left navigation bar) to view a list of courses you have registered for.

4. Click the Start link next to the course title.

5. Click the course title.

6. If you are prompted to run an authorware file, click OK.

7. To download the course to your computer to take at a later time when not connected to the network, click Download the course and take offline.

8. Click OK.

9. Make sure Save this program to disk is selected, then click OK.

10. If necessary, navigate to the desired download destination and change the file name, then click Save.

11. Open the downloaded file.

12. InstallShield Wizard will install the application files on your computer.

13. Click Next.

14. Click OK.

15. Click Finish.

16. When you are ready to take the course, click the Start menu.

17. Click Programs, then PeopleSoft Knowledge Center courses.

18. Click Seminars OnDemand, then click the course title.

19. Select your name under Student Name, then click Yes.
