While trying to run a Recorded WebCast, the user cannot open the .vcm file. Media Player tries to open it, but can not. To resolve, install the Interwise Student Player:

1. Go to http://www.psknowledgecenter.com/af/peoplesoft/my/help/LW_Install1b.html.

2. Follow the instructions to download and install the Student Player.

3. Reboot your machine and try launching the course again.

4. If the course does not launch, you will need to update the file associated properties for .vcm files to open with the Interwise Student Player.
