To access the Knowledge Center login page, type http://elearning.peoplesoft.com in your browser's address bar or follow the steps below.

1. Log in to Planet PeopleSoft. For more information, see Eureka! document 15270 — How to log on to Planet PeopleSoft.

2. Locate the Planet Navigator navigation on the left hand side of the screen. Under Employee Resources, click Training (PSU).

3. Click Training Registration.

4. Click Knowledge Center.

5. The login page will display. In the Login ID field, enter one of the following:

• If you are an employee, enter your 5-digit employee ID number. You can look up your Employee ID in the PeoplePeople Directory. See Eureka! document 16106 — PeoplePeople Directory via Planet PeopleSoft for more information.

• If you are a Contractor, enter "C" followed by your 6 digit Contractor ID. If you don't know your Contractor ID, see Eureka! document 15285 — How to look up your Contractor ID in NorthStar for more information.

6. Enter your password. Click OK.

The default password is "password".

If you've changed your password and can't remember it, or if you're unable to log in, contact Technical Support Operations or submit a NorthStar ticket for assistance.

 

To Self Register:

1. If your username does not exist, you will be prompted to self-register. A message will appear that says, "There is no user with the Employee ID of xxxxx." To self-register:

1. Click on the Self Register link.

2. Complete all fields on the form and click OK.

2. The first time you log in, please change your password by clicking on the Password link in the left navigation bar and entering a new password.
