Requesting access to Documentum
This document outlines who can—and how to obtain—access to the Documentum Document Management system. For information on how to log in to Documentum, see Eureka! document 18081 — How to log in to Documentum.
Members of Contracts, Product Documentation, ISDMS, and RFP may submit a NorthStar request for access to Documentum. If you do not belong to those groups but your job role requires you to review customer or partner agreements, you may submit a NorthStar request for access to Documentum. Every request for access must include a brief description of the requestor's job role and justification for access.
If you would like to obtain access to Documentum, submit a NorthStar request. Include the following information by copying and pasting the fields below into the ticket, then add your information accordingly:
User Name
Employee ID
Network Login ID
Notes External Email Address
Supervisor's/Manager's Name
Department Number
Job Title/Function
Brief description why you need access to Documentum
The docbase you wish to be added to
Which Documentum groups you wish to be added to
Users requesting access to the Proddoc docbase, please select from the following list of groups only:

| Dev | Reviewers |
| Dev_Approvers | Development Managers who approve documentation prior to publication |
| Language_services | Editorial, Production, and Language Engineering personnel who create tools, standards, or support Information Development |
This information will be forwarded to the appropriate Docbase owner for approval. The administrator will create your account once the request is approved. Otherwise, you will be notified if the request is denied.
