Vantive info not getting carried into APRD
When creating an APRD incident in Vantive, the information may not be carried over to APRD, and the incident is blank in the APRD. Also, the APRD may be unable to pull over case information.

If you have more than one file, delete them from any other location other than what is listed above.
These actions should clear up any problems you are experiencing with Vantive information not being carried over to the APRD.
