Project in RVDB is not in Vantive
If you have verified that a project is in RVDB and it is not showing in Vantive, this may be due to either the Type or the Status associated with the project.
Only the Project Types CONSL, TRAIN, and LICEN are pulled into Vantive.
Neither types ADMIN nor INTRNL will be pulled into Vantive.
Project Status' O and C are the only ones pulled into Vantive.
If you have verified that both the Project Type and Project Status are valid and are still unable to find your project in Vantive, please contact Technical Support Operations who can escalate the ticket to a Vantive administrator.
