Customer does not have a RegID in Customer Connection
As of May 21, 1999, Reg IDs are no longer being used and are invalid.
As a replacement to this feature, any client's Web Admin may create users as needed in Profile from the Customer Connection navigation bar. Each user must now have a unique User ID.
