Contact information is maintained in the Contact record. There are fields that are maintained by Finance, and there are fields which you are allowed to edit:

• If the text is blue, you do not have the appropriate permission to update this field.
  
  
• If the text is black, highlight the incorrect name and enter in the correct name.

Save the changes before you exit the record, either from the toolbar by selecting File, then Save, or by clicking on the Save Record icon.
