If you want to update a field with an underlined label (i.e. Address), you will first have to unlink the existing data in that field by deleting the information that is currently shown.

• A message box will appear stating "Changing this field will unlink this record from its associated record(s). Are you sure you want to continue?".
• Click on Yes. You can then drill down on the underlined label field and select the new value from the Search Locator.

Fields that are blue are not updatable by the user.

If you need to update a drop down or edit field, delete the value and choose the appropriate value from the drop down list, or type in the necessary information.
