Every time you log on, Vantive automatically displays your Inbox. If there's something in your Inbox, i.e., an Action Request or Notification, it will be displayed in the list box.

There are two ways to remove an item from the list box.

• Click on the "Mark selected action as done and remove from your Inbox". ( the blue check icon).

- or -

• From the Toolbar, select Utility, then select Done.

Either option will move the selected item from your Inbox.
