How to make a duplicate report using Mobile Time and Expense
You can copy existing travel authorizations, time reports, or expense reports with Mobile Time and Expense.
Note: For employees in business units that have implemented My Wallet, the Copy From Existing Report feature has been removed for Travel Authorizations, Expense Reports, and the Expense Report section of a Combined Report. In addition, the Copy Row feature in new reports has been removed if the row is an American Express transaction.
This feature has been disabled for these Business Units since they are now required to use My Wallet for their Travel Authorizations and Expense Reports.
Open the travel authorization you wish to copy.
Select F ile from the menu bar and select C opy from the drop down list.
Enter your Employee ID in the dialog box. This should default to your ID.
Enter the Travel Description to describe your new copy.
Click OK to save the new copy.
You are now working within your new travel authorization.

Open the time report you wish to copy.
Select F ile from the menu bar and select C opy from the drop down list.
Enter your Employee ID in the dialog box. This should default to your ID.
Enter the Period Ending date for your new time report.
Click OK to save the new copy.
The next time you open a file, the new file will appear in the list of time reports.

As Business Units implement the My Wallet Functionality, the Copy From Previous Expense Report functionality will be disabled.
Open the expense report you wish to copy.
Note: As Expense Reports with more than 50 lines may cause an Application Message timeout error, it is recommended that you do not create an Expense Report that contains more than 50 lines.
Select File from the menu bar and select Copy from the drop down list.
Enter your Employee ID in the dialog box. This should default to your ID.
Enter the Report Description to describe your new report. There must be a unique description for each report.
Click OK to save the new report.
You are now working within your new expense report.
