Project Manager Workbench shared cost rows summarization

In previous releases shared cost rows were presented separately in PMWB Summary page, making the Chargeback review more difficult. This enhancement creates a balance between a given shared cost line and its equivalent shared discount. This only applies to lines related to non-billable project/activities.

To review Shared Cost rows summarization, follow the steps below:

From the Projects Home Page, click the Utilities link. For more information, see Eureka! document 17237 — How to Log into Projects.
Click on Chargeback summary hyperlink. If you do not see this link, check to ensure that the billing action is not set to Billable. This link only appears if the billing action is other than Billable.
Click the yellow Search button. Note that rows returned have analysis code of SH%, which represents a summary of SHC (shared cost) and SHD (discounted cost) lines. For amounts, this summary will represent a balance between SHC and corresponding SHD rows (SH%=SHC-SHD). For hours, however, this summary will be the absolute number of hours worked (SH%=SHC).
Click on the yellow Details button to view the detail rows (SHC and SHD).
