Time Reports Showing 1901 Dates
When the conversion from RVDB to Psynergy/FSCM happened everything from 1/1/2002 forward was converted. This was done to allow Psynergy/FSCM to have a complete picture of 2002 activity. At the same time, a sync up process was run between RVDB and Psynergy/FSCM for time entered in Psynergy/FSCM from 2/06/2002 to 5/01/2002, because that time was being sent to RVDB for processing and adjustments. RVDB was the official record of Time and the only place one could create time report corrections. This conversion was necessary to bring all the time report corrections that were done in RVDB during this period over to Psynergy/FSCM.
The synchronization of February through May adjustments were loaded into Psynergy/FSCM using Prior Period Adjustment functionality. For each week of time that was adjusted through RVDB during this interim period, a header date of MM/DD/1901 was used so it would be easy to identify as a RVDB converted adjustment. The month and day used for these time reports was the actual month and day of 2002 but had the year set at 1901. Each weekly time report that had a correction done has the corresponding 1901 month and day to identify which time reports actually contained the corrections.
If you see any time period with the year showing as 1901, it is from this process. You do not need to place a NorthStar ticket or make any corrections.
