How to Request Access to Order Management
Not all employees have access to Order Management. Access is given to users based on job role. If you are a new employee, or have recently had a job role change, you may not have been granted access yet.
If after you have logged onto Planet and you click the link for Project Home and you see a sign in page prompting you to sign in, you have not been given access to this application. To request access you will need to open a NorthStar ticket to have your access reviewed and granted.
