The first time you access Projects you can build your own My Projects list. For more information see Eureka! document 17239 — How to Add a Project to Your List.

  3. Click on the Project ID link. This will take you to a Project Summary page that provides access to pages you need to review.

  4. Click on the Project General link. The SCA will have provided the basic information based on the contract for this project. You will need to verify the information is correct.

The list of applications and percentage allocations can be changed, using effective dated rows, if needed during the course of the project.

  14. Click on the Project Status tab. Before any hours or expenses can be charged against a project, that project must first be reviewed by the Project Manager or Project Administrator and the status changed from new to open.

  15. Once you have verified all the information for this project correct, use the lookup icon to select the code for Open or enter an O in the status field. Click on the link for Open to set the status.
