Project data will continue to be maintained in RVDB 7.5 until the Psynergy/FSCM Projects 8 module goes live in Psynergy/FSCM Phase II release. An interface between Psynergy/FSCM and RVDB runs every hour, at the top of the hour, and transmits refreshed project data from RVDB into the Financials database. The process takes less than 2 minutes to complete. Changes made to a project will be available to the Time and Expense module just a few minutes after the top of the following hour. For example, if a resource is added to an RVDB project at 10:11 a.m., that resource should see the Project ID in the lookup field on their Time Report page by approximately 11:05 a.m. that same morning.
