How to access Time Off Reporting
Time Off Reporting is part of the HR Self Service application that will give PeopleSoft employees, based in North America, a way to record time off and see a history of previously reported time off. For US employees, this includes PTO ( Paid Time Off), FHO (Floating Holidays), and SIC (Paid Sick Time for legacy JDE employees). For Canadian employees, this includes VAC (Paid Vacation), FHO (Floating Holidays), SIC (Paid Sick Time), and PTO (Grandfathered Paid Time Off).
Currently, this option is not available to International Employees.
To access Time Off Reporting, follow these steps:
Log onto Planet PeopleSoft. For more information, see Eureka! Document 15270 — How to Log on to Planet PeopleSoft.
Once you have logged in, locate the Planet Navigator on the left hand side of your Planet home page.
In the Employee Resources section, click on Human Resources. This takes you into the HR site.
Click the Payroll & Time reporting link.
Select your country of employment. This is only available to PeopleSoft employees based in North America.
On the right side of the page in the My Info section, click the Paid Time Off (PTO) Reporting link. This logs you directly into Time Off Reporting without any other password needed.
Time Off Reporting provides you with a list of previous reported time off as well as the hours you have remaining to use.
For more information on using Time Off Reporting see Eureka! Document 17043 — How to report time off.
