The following chart outlines the PGS Consulting Projects Business Rules for Optimization and ICP Flags (Project Set Up) :

CBPSC *	Check only if EVP approved. EVPs are as follows: North America - Michael Gregoire; LATAM - Alfredo Duran; EMEA - Dale Thomas; JAPAC - Stephen Moore
CINTR, TRNIN, TRNNB	Only if told to do so by the RM team
ADMIN	Never check

*It has become more important than ever that you correctly identify the project types for chargebacks. Not only does it now drive the account for the journal entries but it also drives the sharing percentage for offshore consultants and a number of critical management reports. Please remember to check the PeoplePeople Directory to see where the DeptID ultimately rolls up.

As a reminder, here are some examples of how this works:

• If the deptid rolls up to Mike Gregoire (Global PGS) the project type is CBPSC
• If the deptid rolls up to Phil Wilmington (Global Sales) the project type is CBPFT
• If the deptid rolls up to Nanci Caldwell (Marketing), Ram Gupta (Development) or Kevin Parker (Finance) the project type is CBCST
