Chart displaying where new mail will arrive

The cutover to Lotus Notes occurred on November 1, 2003. At that time, mail began routing to Lotus Notes mail files. External e-mail messages, including those addressed to you@jdedwards.com, will no longer be delivered to your Outlook mailbox - it will only arrive in the Lotus Notes mail file. E-mail messages sent internally @jdedwards.com from Outlook will be delivered both to Lotus Notes and to Outlook. Messages sent to public folders will continue to be delivered to the specified public folder. Public folders will need to be monitored via the Outlook client.

This following chart has a few examples describing when you will receive mail in the Lotus Notes mail file only as well as when you will receive mail in both the Lotus Notes mail file and the Outlook mailbox:

Replies sent from Trudy's Lotus Notes mail file will go to Notes only. Replies sent from Trudy's Outlook mailbox will go to both Lotus Notes and Outlook.

All external mail is being redirected to Lotus Notes. Since this message was address to trudy_test@jdedwards.com, it is seen as external mail and is delivered to Lotus Notes only.
