History of message is not included in reply when Reply with History is selected in iNotes Web Access
On occasion, when a user selects the Reply with History option to respond to a message in iNotes Web Access, the "history" is not carried forward to the reply. When it does occur, the only resolution for the issue is to copy and paste the previous messages (history) into the reply.
Note: Lotus iNotes (Webmail) is currently in beta testing mode only and is not available to the general PeopleSoft population. The pilot is currently closed and is not being expanded to include additional users. Look for communications via OneVoice regarding iNotes (Webmail) in the future.
