Follow the steps below to access the Enterprise Webcast Communications Platform (Interwise Communications Center):

1. Log in to Planet PeopleSoft. See Eureka! document 15270 - How to log in to Planet PeopleSoft for more information.

2. Under Employee Resources, click Meetings.

3. Scroll down to the Web Conferencing section. You can log in as a Return User, create a new account or click Learn about Web Conferencing for additional information.

   • If you have already created an Interwise account, click Return User.

   • If you do not have an account on Interwise, follow the steps below to create an account on Interwise that will allow you to create your own iMeetings.

   Note: The link to create a new user account will not work for users accessing via VPN, iPass, or J.D. Edwards RAS (which uses VPN to connect to PeopleSoft's network).

   1. Try to log in as a Return User to see if an account already exists before creating a new account.

   2. If you are unable to log in as a Return User, click New User.

   3. Follow the instructions provided to create a new account.

   To request a password, click the Forgot your Password link, enter your email address, then click Submit. See Eureka! document 16182 - Requesting a password for Enterprise Webcast (Interwise for more information.

The Interwise Communications Center will open with the user's name appearing in the upper left corner. From the Interwise Communications Center, you can schedule or join events.

If Planet PeopleSoft is not accessible, there is an alternate way to access the PeopleSoft Enterprise Webcast Communications Platform. See Alternate access to the Enterprise Webcast Communications Platform below for more information.

If Planet PeopleSoft is not available, you can still access Enterprise Webcast Communications Platform.

To access the alternate site for Enterprise Webcast (Interwise):

1. Open Internet Explorer.

2. Type http://webcast.peoplesoft.com/psft2 in the Address window.

3. Log in to the Communications Center:

• User Name:
  Employees: Enter the five digit employee ID.
  Contractors: Enter the network login name.

• Password: Enter the user password.

4. Click the Login button.

The Enterprise Webcast page will open with the user's name appearing in the upper left corner.
