Replication in Lotus Notes can be scheduled to automatically run at intervals and days specified by the user. This is useful for users that often work offline.

To schedule Lotus Notes replication:

1. Select F ile from the menu bar.

2. Select M obile from the drop down list and select E dit Current Location... from the next drop down list.

3. Click the Replication tab.

4. Click the down arrow in the Schedule: field, select Enabled and click OK.

5. Specify the requirements for the schedule that will be set up.

• High priority replication is a feature that is not enabled so this field can be bypassed.

6. Click the Save and Close button.

Replication will now occur based on the parameters specified in the schedule.

Note: A local replica must already exist in order to replicate via a schedule. Lotus Notes must also be turned on and the computer connected to the network in order for replication to process as well.
