Issues when trying to install from the Software Library in Lotus Notes
If an error message is received, a problem occurs or an installation is incomplete when trying to install a package from the Software Library in Lotus Notes, the person who authored or edited the document must be contacted in order to resolve the issue.
To find the name of the original author or person who last edited the document:
Open the document where the install package is located.
Scroll to the bottom of the document.
The author's name is in the Topic Owner: field.
The name of the person who last edited the document is in the Modified by: field with the date it was modified.
Contact either person (if different) via e-mail or by telephone and let them know the problem that was encountered. Be specific as to when the issue occurred in the install process and the exact text of the error message if one was received.
