F5} key.
When the workspace is locked, the message
"Private User Information Cleared" appears in the status bar at the bottom of the Lotus Notes window.
Unlocking the workspace: To unlock the Lotus Notes workspace,
Press the { F9} key.
Type the Lotus Notes password in the Enter Password pop up window.
Click OK.
The workspace has now been unlocked and Lotus Notes is enabled.
Locking the Lotus Notes workspace and Lotus Notes ID is the best way to prevent unauthorized use of the Lotus Notes ID. For information on how to enable the lock ID feature, see Eureka! document 16085 — How to enable the lock ID feature in Lotus Notes.
