How to create a calendar entry from a To Do item in Lotus Notes
To create a calendar entry from a task in the To Do list:
On your Lotus Notes To Do list, highlight (but don't open) the existing To Do entry from which you wish to create the new Calendar entry.
Note: You may need to scroll over to the right of the bar by clicking on the small right-facing arrow on the far right side of the bar.
Select New Calendar Entry from the next drop down menu.
Make the appropriate changes to the Entry type: (Anniversary, Appointment, Event, Meeting, or Reminder) and the date and time. The Subject: information should appear as it does in the existing To Do. Note that if you turn the To Do into a meeting, you will need to issue invitations to the proposed participants.
The text body of the To Do should appear in the Description: field. You may type additional information in that field if you wish.
Click on the Save and Close button to save the entry in your calendar.
The task has now been added as a new entry in your calendar.
