How to print a calendar view in Lotus Notes
There are a few options to print from your calendar in Lotus Notes. You can print calendar entries from a current calendar view, a list of calendar entries in a calendar view or the contents of one or more calendar entries.

You can print calendar entries on the current page in a calendar view using the calendar view display. To print a calendar view:
Open the calendar view in your mail file.
Select the type of calendar view you want to print from the action menu buttons - two day, one week, two week or one month.
Display the page for the days, weeks or month that you want to print.
For example, if you want to print calendar entries for the month of April, change the display to one month and display the April page.
Select File from the menu bar and select Print from the drop down menu.
In the View options: field, select Print View if necessary.
To print faster, click on the box next to Draft Quality.
To print more than one copy, specify the number of copies you need in the Copies: field.
Click on OK.
The calendar view will now print. If you need to stop printing before it is complete, click on the
Cancel button in the printing pop up box.
