Importing PeopleSoft QPM gallery shapes
A set of standard PeopleSoft QPM gallery shapes is available for use in your diagrams. You can use them to change a regular task into a control point or a transfer point, for example. You must download the gallery file once. Then for every diagram file you create, you must import the gallery into the file.
To import the gallery file, follow these steps for each diagram you create:
Once you have saved the diagram, click on File, then Import, and finally, Gallery.
When the Open screen appears, navigate to the directory in which you downloaded the QPM gallery file.
Click on the QPM_gallery.PVG file once, then click on Open.
You will get a notice that "The import operation was completed successfully." Click OK.
You will have a different set of Pictures, Stencils, and Object on your Gallery toolbar.
Note: After you import your gallery shapes, your process flow diagram disappears. To resolve this issue, see Eureka! document 15337 — Process diagram disappears after gallery is imported.
