Resource schedule does not match new assignment dates in Resource Management
Note: Only Resourcers will be affected by this problem.
The difficulty you are experiencing is that you updated resource assignment dates in a Service Order for an early roll-off, but the change is not reflected in the Resource's schedule.
This problem was mostly likely caused by assignment date information being changed in the wrong place.
If you change an early roll-off date in the Assignment Detail section (by clicking the Add Assignment Detail button) instead of the Scheduling Options section), the Assignment information in the Scheduling Options section will be grayed out and you will not be able to make any further changes to the Service Order Assignment. The new date will not reflect in the Resource's schedule. PGS Operations is aware of the confusion surrounding this issue and this issue has been recorded for a possible enhancement in the future.
