PKZIP Explorer Configuration screen appears
The difficulty you are experiencing is that a PKZIP Explorer Configuration screen appears when you right-click on a file while viewing files in My Computer or Windows Explorer. The screen looks like this:
To solve this, you need to just leave the setting as they appear on the screen above and click the OK button. This will associate *.zip files with PKZIP for Windows so that PKZIP will launch whenever you double-click on a *.zip file in the future. You may change this association in the future. If you change the choices above, or you click Cancel, you will continue to see the screen every time you right-click on a file in My Computer.
