Your PeopleSoft machine is PeopleSoft property. Norton AntiVirus Corporate Edition version 7.61 or Symantec AntiVirus version 8.x is part of the standard software build of all PeopleSoft machines, including legacy J.D. Edwards machines. To prevent virus attacks to the machine and the PeopleSoft network, you cannot uninstall that AntiVirus software without assistance from TSO.
