The difficulty you are experiencing is that when do try a Search in Resource Management, no results appear - the screen blinks and the search screen reappears with no results.

To solve this, you need to check the following:

• Make sure you entered the Search text in correctly. Then try the search again. Make sure your search parameters match the information you are entering ( i.e., make sure that you are searching on the Employee ID number parameter when you are entering in an employee ID number.) The default search parameter setting is by Last Name.)

• Make sure to click the Search button ( ), and do not just press the { Enter} key alone.

  • You may also press the { Tab} key and then press { Enter}.

 

This is a design element of the system and occurs with all searches in Resource Management.
