The latest virus definitions when available are loaded onto your computer automatically when you logged on to the PeopleSoft network. You may manually update the virus definitions - see Eureka! document 15039 — AntiVirus LiveUpdates.

Click on the version of AntiVirus Software on your machine:

Norton AntiVirus Corporate Edition version 7.61
Symantec AntiVirus version 8.x

Norton AntiVirus

To see latest virus definitions on your machine for Norton AntiVirus, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Start menu.

2. Click on Programs.

3. Click on Norton AntiVirus Corporate Edition.

4. Click on Norton AntiVirus Corporate Edition.

5. The main Norton AntiVirus Corporate Edition screen appears. Near the bottom of the screen, above the Exit button, there is a section entitled Virus Definition File. The version of your virus definitions should show in that box. The date of the definition is included in the version name.

4. Click on Symantec AntiVirus Client.
