Cannot unhide columns in Excel
The difficulty you are experiencing is that you cannot see some of the columns on an Excel spreadsheet. You are also unable to "unhide" the columns by choosing the columns on either side and clicking on F ormat, then Column, and finally, Unhide.
To solve this, try checking to see if the "Freeze Panes" command has been invoked. To turn off the command, follow these steps:
Click on the Window menu.
Click on Un freeze Panes.
The missing columns should reappear.
