Shortcuts to answering questions in CasePoint
The use of certain words and abbreviations can help make your CasePoint search go faster by preanswering some questions for you. Capitalization does not matter. It is helpful to enter only ONE application name or problem in the brief description field.
The list of shortcuts, or "rules", is the same as that for Eureka!. See Eureka! document 15085 — Eureka! shortcuts.
