To view a NorthStar ticket that is not yours, follow these steps:

1. Get the number of the NorthStar ticket you would like to view.

   • If you are the person for whom the ticket was opened, you should see the ticket in your "My Tickets" section of your Home Page.

2. Launch NorthStar and log in, if necessary.

3. On the left side of the screen, click on the Find Ticket link.

4. Enter the number of the ticket in the field provided.

5. Click on Open Ticket.

The ticket and its details should display.
