New mail doesn't appear when "New Mail..." message displays

If new mail doesn't appear when the "New Mail..." message displays, you probably received a new mail memo while a Mail view was still open. You must refresh the view to see any new memos.

To refresh the mail view:

Click the View option of the menu bar and select Re fresh.
Or simply press the { F9} key.

Any new memos will then appear in the view; while any memos you had marked for deletion will disappear.
