Disabling/Enabling PointSec Single Sign on
Single Sign on is enabled by default, after you enter you user id & password, the enable Single Sign on checkbox will appear below the user id and Password fields, if the box is checked Single Sign on is enabled. There are a few reasons for disabling single Sign on:
If you are having problems with the associated NT account locking out.
If you need to have PointSec remember a new password, i.e. resetting the associated NT Password
To be able to boot the pc to the logon screen so you can log on to windows as another user.
To check or uncheck the box;
Once the machine comes up a Pointsec logon screen will appear.
Enter your current username.
Press Tab.
Enter your current Password.
Press Tab to cycle through to the Enable Single Sign on check box.
Use the spacebar to toggle the check mark off/on.
