How to check the size of your mail file in Lotus Notes
To check the size of your mail file in Lotus Notes:
Click on the Mail icon located on the Bookmark Bar.
Select File from the menu bar.
Select Database from the drop down menu and select Properties... from the next drop down menu.
Click on the second " i" tab in the Properties window.
The database size is shown in the Size: section, Disk space: field.
To close the Properties window, click the " x" in the upper right hand corner.
