The Sametime Connect Username
The Sametime Connect username is typically the user's first and last name without the "/Peoplesoft" ending ("John Smith"). Therefore, because consultants have usernames such as "John Smith/Consultant/PeopleSoft" and users with duplicate names may have an organizational component such as "John Smith/HR/PeopleSoft" to distinguish them, their Sametime Connect username will contain /Consultant or /Unique Identifier in addition to their first and last name.
