OneWorld™ Install Location
Where to find the OneWorld application for installation.

You should know which version you need to install: this link has installs for Production, Development, and Prototype versions of OneWorld. The TSO provides support for the Production version (currently B7333) only.
Escalation
For production install issues, log a NorthStart ticket to Denver PCS Bldg. 1, 2, 3 or 4 or the Field office that your IT Support is offered thourgh.
If the server appears to be inaccessible, log a NorthStar ticket with Op Apps Mgmt Group.
If a you have questions or issues with a non-production version, email "OneWorld System Support" for a list of contacts.
In Outlook, go to
Tools |
Forms |
Choose Form, and select
Organizational Forms Library in the
Look In: drop-down box. Scroll down to the
OneWorld System Support form and double-click or select and click open
For further assistance, speak with your manager.
Note: Although version B7332 was a production version, it is not supported by the TSO. GSS should be able to provide assistance with this version.
