Determining Server Address For OneWorld™ ® Web:

Knowing how to find the server that you are experiencing problems with is one of the most important steps in troubleshooting the issue.

When using OneWorld® on the Web, you access the application through a portal link. Depending on network traffic, you are automatically routed to one of many servers.

To find the server address, click on the About button located on the upper right corner of the portal page.

Listed on this form is a message regarding the specific environment and server. This is the information you need to troubleshoot the server/environment. Please make a note and use this information when logging an issue in NortStar.

Determining which program and environment you are in:

To determine your program and environment, click on i in the upper right corner of the screen.

In the window that appears:

• Note the program number under Application Information/Application (for example, P0411)
• Note the environment under Other/Environment (for example, JPRDXE)
