When you attempt to select a case link after logging into the ICE application and going into Customer1, you may be prompted for an additional login when you should only be prompted once.

This happens because Customer1 uses Siteminder, which is not used on the ICE application. Thus if you come from ICE to C1, you are prompted to enter your network login to get authenticated with Siteminder before access to C1 is allowed.

If you are already logged into C1, you should not be prompted for any further login information.
