CC No Training Admin Access
I have created a new login and/or password in C1 or Customer Connection and my customer/user still does not have Training Administrator access.
To gain their Training Administrator access, they need to "link" their new login to their profile in Trainadm/EdWeb.
Important: Only the customer's Web. Admin. can "link" a new login to the TA profile. Thus, the TA must contact their Web. Admin. (or their EDR) to link the new login to the TA profile. Please also keep in mind that once they have created the login, it takes 20 minutes after the next hour to display in Trainadm and/or EdWeb.
