Leave of Absence personnel and utilization eReports
An employee who is on a Leave of Absence (LOA) is still reported in the personnel headcount. Per the Headcount Movement Report Help, the LOA count includes employees that were on leave for any portion of the reporting period. Please be aware that they will also be included in both the beginning headcount and ending headcount numbers. Therefore, in the current utilization cube, LOA personnel are included in the calculation of utilization percentages and optimization percentages for every department.
